Registration for the Conference Is Now Open!

We are delighted to announce that registration for the upcoming conference is officially open.

🗓 Registration deadline for presenters: 16 May 2026
🗓 Registration for non‑presenting attendees: until 15 June 2026

To help us ensure a smooth registration process, we kindly ask:

  1. Please register as early as possible.
  2. If you know you will not be attending, please inform us by email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).
  3. If you require a visa:
    • Let us know that you are in the process of arranging it.
    • Do not pay the conference fee until you are certain your visa will be issued. Unfortunately, we have very limited capacity to issue refunds, so please wait for confirmation.

Additionally, we plan to offer a guided tour of Vilnius and, most likely, a tour of Trakai. We will provide detailed information and open registration for these activities at a later stage.

How to Register

Please note that if more than one person is presenting, each presenter must register separately.

Step 1: Fill in the Registration Form

Please complete this short form to provide additional information needed for conference logistics.

Step 2: Pay the Registration Fee via Paysera

Please complete the payment through the Paysera ticketing system.

Payment steps:

  1. Open the Paysera link and click Buy tickets.
  2. Select the appropriate ticket category (Presenter, Non-presenting attendee, etc.). Fee of 150 EUR (PhD students` concession 80 EUR) for those who present a paper, and 80 EUR (students’ concession 40 EUR) for those who wish to attend without presenting a paper. The conference registration fee includes the conference pack, coffee breaks, buffet lunches, walking tour of Vilnius, and welcome reception. It does not include the conference dinner or travel and accommodation arrangements. 
  3. If you plan to attend the Conference Dinner on 19 June 2026, please add the dinner ticket. Dinner venue: https://oldgreenhouse.lt/. The Conference Dinner ticket includes three courses menu (appetizer, main dish, and dessert) and a glass of alcoholic or non alcoholic beverages. Registered participants will later receive a choice of several menu options. 
  4. Click “Continue”.
  5. Enter your personal details.
  6. Choose your preferred payment method (bank transfer, card payment, proforma invoice, etc.).
  7. After completing the payment, you will receive an invoice by email.
